দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,০০০,০০১ ~ ১৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Any e-GP registered Tenderers of Bangladesh who have general experience of seven (07) years and also fulfill the criteria mentioned as Per ITT & TDS, PCC are eligible to participate in this Procurement Process.
Tenderer shall have Valid trade license (up to date), Income Tax Clearance Certificate (up to date), TIN Certificate & VAT Registration Certificate, NID card.
Up to dated ABC License & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
VAT and AIT will be as per govt. of Bangladesh rules and policy.
Certificate of specific work experience obtained from organization other than EED should be authenticated by the Assistant Engineer (Electrical), EED of concerned district.
Valid manufacturer’s authorization letter for the proposed brand of lift.
Valid Agency ship certificate for the proposed brand of lift.
Submitted valid document in reply of any other terms and conditions mentioned in TDS & PCC of this tender.
Payment will be made as per availability of the fund but the whole work shall have to be completed within stipulated time.
The contractor who has not yet completed the similar nature of goods supply before within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.
If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per STD, PPA-2006,PPR-2008 and its all latest amendments and no claim in this regards will be entertained. The Procuring Entity shall reserves the right to change or modify or cancel in this tender.
Tenderers shall satisfy the other criterion laid down in TDS,G.C.C ,PCC & ITT.
