1. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum [40.00 lac] under maximum [1 (One)] contracts in the last [03 (Three years)] of years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least [1 (One)] contract(s) successfully completed within the last [03 (Three years)] years, each with a value of at least Tk. [40.00 lac].
2.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. [50.00 lac]
3.The bidder shall submit the technical proposal with sealed & signed by manufacturing company and main catalogue (marked) including mentioning brand, model & country of origin of the proposed Lift.
4. Spare parts are: [“required”]
Period of time the Goods are expected to be functioning (for the purpose of spare parts): [1 year ]
5.Manufacturer’s authorization is: [“required”]
6.After sales service is: [“required”]
7.The amount of the Tender Security shall be [ 1.50 lac]
8.The amount of Performance Security shall be ten [ 10% to 25%] percent of the Contract Price.
