In evaluation stage, offered AC sample already installed and running will be visited. If sample does not find satisfactory to TEC, concern tender will be rejected.
VAT and IT will be as per Government Rules.
For AC, Authorized Dealership certificate issued by Manufacturer/ Authorization from Authorized Dealer must be attached.
In Bangladesh at Dhaka, the Dealer of the specific AC should have sales office of its name. In evaluation stage, Dealer’s Sales office, AC service center and warehouse will be visited, and if not find satisfactory to TEC, concern tender will be rejected.
International Certificate for Energy Saving (70% or above), Faster cooling (40% or above) and Gold Fin Condenser (0.05% Corrosion area or lower) must be attached.
