* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪,৩০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,৪৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৪,৩০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Total work will be done by Manufacturer’s design basis.
2. All type of tools, tackles, Man power, transportation for material & other things like Welding set should be arranged by Bidder.
3. All kinds of security for Side office & store room shall be arranged by Bidder.
4. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) shall be arranged by Bidder.
5. Work shall be carried as per condition of contact but not limited to any other works to be performed as and when required for performance test of DAP Plant-1 Bagging.
6. All accessories like as welding & fabrication and fitting works must be done in plant-1 Bagging site of DAPFCL.
7. Any accident occur in the time of work executions should be solve by the bidder of their own cost.
8. Bidder should be mention Manufacturer’s name, brand & model number etc.
9. Country of Origin to be mentioned by the Bidder.
10. Manufacturer’s Company Profile must be submitted along with the offer.
11. Manufacturer’s Color printed/Original Catalogue.
12. The Bidder must be ensure 01(One) year warranty after delivery the goods.
13. Manufacturer’s must be submitted up to date ISO certificate.
14. All documents, Catalogue, data sheet etc. submitted by the bidder must be in English Language.
15. Must be submitted Manufacturer’s Test certificate, country of origin certificate, Bill of Lading & Bill of Entry along with delivery the goods.
