প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. All the tenderers must be registered with e-GP portal through CPTU.
2. Tenderer should fulfill all criteria's which are stated in TDS.
3. Tenderer should submit their credit line facility/Liquid assets certificate according to Form PW3-7.
4. Quoted amount of tender beyond 10% above/less than official estimated cost will be Non- Responsive as per E-GP guidelines.
5. The site of ditch filling works has not been acquired land of BWDB. No claim or compensation shall be entertained in this connection.
6. Payments of executed work will be made as per taskforce measurements and upon availability of funds. Any claim for the late payments/delay of works will not be entertained.
7. The Contractor shall keep records of still and video pictures of the works before start of work and after completion of works maintaining same angle of pictures at his own cost.
8. After completion of the tender opening process, if important documents/certificates related to tender evaluation are unavailable to download/unclear/without JV percentage/other important informations, the certificate would not be taken into consideration.
9. The tenderer shall be liable to manage earth/soil/dredged earth. Any claim or compensation shall not be entertained in this connection.
10. All non-life insurance for any Public Property, or risks or liabilities pertaining to Public Property, shall be taken through Sadharon Bima Corporation in accordance with the Insurance Corporation Act, 2019
