* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৬,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২,০০০,০০০ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below:
Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have a minimum 5 Years of general experience in Construction works.
Having experience in Successfully completing of at least 1(one) Number of similar types of Building construction/repair work amount of Tk. 18.00 Lakh. in a single Tender during the last 3 (three) years. Certificate of authentication in respect of the work should have to be furnished by the Tender along with Tender documents in the following manner as applicable.
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 80.00 Lakh. during the period best three (3) years in the last 05 (five) years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the Newspaper. Work Certificates issued by the competent authority shall be accepted as proof of turnover.
The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/Credit line (s) of Tk. 24.00 Lakh. The document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between tender publication and submission date by proper authority.
The Minimum tender Capacity shall be Tk. 19.00 Lakh. Supporting documentary evidence must be submitted.
According to ITT clause no. 30.3, Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
The tenderer must submit an up-to-date income tax clearance certificate, up-to-date Trade License, e-TIN certificate, etc.
