* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪,৪০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

The tenderer shall submit with its tender the following additional documents:
Updated Valid Trade license (2023-24)
Income tax Registration with BIN/TIN Number.
Proof of Tax Clearance Certificate (2022-23)
VAT Registration.
Proof of VAT Submission Status (2022-23)
Import Registration Certificate
The original catalog must be submitted as per the Technical Specifications.
Audited Financial Statements for the latest three years (2022-23 to 2020-21)
Certificate of Incorporation.
Bank Solvency Certificate (latest 6 months beyond the IFT Publication date)
The minimum number of General Experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 5 (Five)years.
The minimum specific experience as a Supplier in the supply of similar Goods of at least 4 (Four)contract(s) successfully completed within the latest five years beyond the IFT Publication date each with a value of at least BDT. 10 (Ten) lac only to the Government/Autonomous/Semi-government Organization.
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be BDT. 12 (Twelve) lac only
