* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for tender is open to all qualified tenderers as mentioned below:
a) The tenderer shall have a minimum of five (5) years of overall experience in the supply of similar works of IP Survellance System and related services in Govt/Semi-Govt or Autonomous Organizations, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. Document in support of 5 years experience should be submitted in the form of completion certificate.
b) The tenderer shall have a minimum of five (5) years of specific experience in the supply of similar works of IP Survellance System and related services from Govt/Semi-Govt or Autonomous Organizations, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. Document in support of specific experience should be submitted in the form of completion certificate.
c) The minimum supply value is minimum Tk. 70.00 lakhs (Seventy Lakh) of similar works of IP Survellance System under 1 (one) contract as specific experience in the last five (5) years from Govt/Semi-Govt or Autonomous Organizations, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Tk. 65.00 lakh. The issue date of this documents should be after the publication date of IFT in the e-GP portal.
e) The bidder must not be debarred by any State or Central Govt. Department to do business with State or Centre Department or its Autonomous bodies. The bidder must enclose undertaking to this effect.
f) The tenderer shall have updated Trade License, TIN, Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate.
