প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Eligibility of Tenderer:
(a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (Five) years of experience in supplying Books and related services in Public/Private Universities,Libraries,Institutions,Offices with completion Certificate of Supply.
(b) The Tenderer shall submit all legal documents such as Valid Trade License, up to date Income Tax & IRC Certificate, VAT Registration & up to date payment Certificate.
(c) The tenderer shall submit the Financial Solvency Certificate with Bank statement (issued after publishing date of this Tender) with mentioning amount from a scheduled Bank as per TDS.
(d) Authorization certificate (mentioned with phone & email of Author) issued by the Publisher or Publisher's authorized distributor (with name of distributorship) must be Colored Scanned with tender (If any).
(e) Tenderer must fulfill the qualification criteria stipulated in the TDS and other conditions of Tender Document (GCC &PCC).
(f) Tenderer must fulfill the delivery schedule (with warranty period) of the time frame given in STD.
(g) Tenderer must fill up Specifications by typing individually all mentioned items on Form Name: 1 [Technical Specifications and Compliance of Goods and related services (Form e- PG)].
