দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ৪০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ২ কোটি টাকার চেয়ে বেশি হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২০,০০০,০০১ ~ ৪৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
01. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (five) years.
(years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
02. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least single (1) contract of similar nature i.e. RCC building Construction works successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, each with a value of at least BDT: 15000000.00 (Taka One Crore fifty Lac) in a single work order/tender in Government/semi government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh in standard work completion format attached in e-TD.

03. The Tenderer should have latest enlistment document (any dept.), Up to Dated Trade License, Vat Registration, Latest Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
04. The required average Annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT: 20000000.00 (Taka Two Crore). The period will be best 03 (three) years in the last 05 (five) years. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
Average annual Construction turnover i,e total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector shall only be considered. Private works shall not be considered.
05. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be BDT: 7000000.00 (Taka Seventy Lac)
