* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৩৭৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,১২০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Qualifications: Describe as tender document TDS & PCC
(i) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 5 (five) years.
(ii) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works under public sector shall be at least 1 (one) contract of: at least 10-storeyed frame structure building in a single contract successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk. 25,00,00,000.00 (Twenty five crore) only; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(iii) Tenderer must submitted specific experience work completed certificate(s) issued by the relevant PE shall be furnished with e-GP Tender ID & NOA copy/Manual work order & payment certificates, otherwise Tenderer will be considered as Non–Responsive.
(iv) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 25,00,00,000.00 (Twenty five crore) only over the last 05 years; the period may be best three (3) years in the last five (5) years.
(v) TheThe minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. = 450,00,000.00 (Four crore fifty lakh) only.
(vi) The minimum amount of Tender Capacity Tk = 30,00,00,000.00 (Thirty crore) only.
Special Instruction:
(i) Tenderer should have Updated Trade license, ABC license, VAT certificate with BIN, Income Tax Certificate (2022-2023/2023-2024). otherwise Tenderer will be considered as Non-Responsive.
(ii) The Construction works will be monitoring under the high powered CCTV with internet facilities.
