প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction works as prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor shall be 5 (five) years.
2) The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor in similair types of work within the last 5(five) years with a value of at least Tk. 20.00 (twenty ) lac in Govt. /Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization.
3) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover Tk 40.00 (Forty) lac over the last 5 (five) financial years or best 5(five) years in the last 10 (ten) years. Payment certificates of works contract in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit facilities as PW2a-3 format of the Tenderers shall be Tk 15.00 (Fifteen) lac.
5) The minimum tender capacity shall be 40.00 (Forty) lac..To calculate minimum tender capacity the tenderer must be submitted list of certified payment for ongoing or completed contract as PW3-5 format under any public sector for the year in which maximum value of works performed within 5 years from tender publication date in e-GP portal.
6) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
7) The tenderers must possess up-to-date trade and ABC license, Supervisor license, VAT registration and Income TAX certificate.
