* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৯,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৮,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৯,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The Eligible Tenderer must have to submit the following documents:
Tenderer shall have the following minimum level of supply experience to qualify for supplying the Goods and related services under the contract:
(a) The tenderer should have minimum 03 (three) years of Specific Experience Certificate in providing electrical engineering related machinery and services to government educational institutions of completed work (no work order or NOA) issued by the concerning Institute Officials Pad with Valid Contact address with contact number and E-Mail ID. It is not accepted if any tenderer submits work order or NOA. And it is mandatory to submit the evidence of this experience in a single file.
(b) The Tenderer shall have successfully completed minimum 1 (one) number supply contract of Supply of Engineering & other equipment and related services to government educational institutions of completed work (no work order or NOA) issued by the concerning Institute Officials Pad with Valid Contact address with contact number and E-Mail ID amounting BDT 6000000/- (Sixty lakh Tk Only) within last 2 ( two) years. i.e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the news paper. It is mandatory to submit the evidence of this experience in a single specific file.
(c) Must Submit a commitment letter (with proper proof) that tenderer is capable to deliver the required items within 60 days.
(d) The Tenderer must be submitted the Bank’s Letter of Commitment for Line of Credit (Form PG3-8) of Tk. 8000000/- (Eighty lakh Tk Only) from scheduled Bank of Bangladesh to be issued within 21 (Twenty One) days before the deadline of submission of Tender.
