প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Tenderer must has to be registered on e-GP Portal with a valid trade license, TIN certificate.
2. Tenderer only from Bangladesh can participate to the tender.
3. Tenderer must need to submit similar nature work certificate, annual construction turnover certificate and liquid assets certificate.
4. Payment will be made subject to budget allocation & availability of fund but the work must be continued and proportionate progress must be achieved.
5. Any individual Tender (s)/firm (s) who fulfill the qualification (s) criteria stipulated in the Standard Tender Document including Tender data sheet and PPR-2008.
6. Tenderer must submit the Letter of Commitment for Banks undertaking for Line of Credit from any Schedule Bank of Bangladesh.
7. Work certificate which is issued by the PE (Procuring Entity) only is considered for turnover calculation. Other work certificates are not being considered.
8. Tender evaluation will be conducted by the basis of uploaded documents of tenderer. Outside or offline documents will not being considered.
9. The work may be totally dropped, decreased or increased.
10. The work order will be issued after approval from Competent Authority.
11. There is no provision for land acquisition. The tenderer has to arrange land for execution of other works by his own.
12. The tenderer has to capture picture and video of the work by his own cost as per direction of engineer in charge. He should submit picture and video during the time of bill submission.
