প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Tenderers must have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law and in support of their qualification; the tenderer must submit the following documents with their e-tender:
1. Valid Trade License for the FY 2023-2024.
2. Valid Income Tax Clearance Certificate and Income Tax Return Acknowledgement for tax year 2022-2023.
3. Valid VAT Registration Certificate.
4. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 (three) years of general experience in the supply of goods and related services.
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 6,00,000.00 (Six Lakh). The liquid asset certificate must be issued after the publication date of IFT in the e-GP System.
Without one of these, the tender may be considered non–responsive.
