* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫০০,০০০ ~ ১,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Valid Trade License (up to date)
2.Income Tax Clearance Certificate-2021-22 (Income Tax unpaid/underprocess certificate will not be accepted), & VAT Registration Certificate.
3. Tenderer Shall have minimum liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be TK 6.00 lac. Incase of Credit facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form of PG2-5 mentioning the name of single work i.e single Tender ID. Certificate containing multiple tender ID will not be accepted. Bank solvency certificate will be not allowed as liquid asset.
4. The Minimum Specific Experience as Supplier in supply of Goods (Desktop Computer supply) of at least one (1) contractsuccessfully completed within the last 05 years, with a value of at least tk 4.00 (four) Lack in any Govt. / Semi-Govt. or Autonomous Organization (successfully completed) within last 05 (five) Years (years counting backwards from the Tender Publication Date). Satisfying other criterion laid in the Tender data sheet of Tender documents.
5. If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per PPR-2008 and its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained .
6. Payment will be made as per avility of fund but the whole work must be completed within stipulated time.
