* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৯০,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৭০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৯০,০০০,০০০ ~ ২৭০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Eligibility of Tenderer:
1) Bidder shall have 5 years general experience of supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of goods (Solar Irrigation Pump-motor)
2) Bidder should have satisfactory completion of similar works and Specific experience of the supply, Installation and Commissioning of minimum 1 cusec Solar LLP Irrigation Pumping system with value of 8 Crore in two contract last 3 years in any Govt./Semi Govt/ Autonomous organizations in Bangladesh.
3) The tenderer/Suppliers shall have Specific experience for Installation of minimum 3 nos 16 KWp Grid tie Net metering with necessary fittings from 7.5 KW/10 HP Solar irrigation pumps and Installation of Overhead Electric Lines in any government/semi-government/ Autonomous organizations.
4) Certificate/document submitted with the tender shall be attested, if not original mentioning the name and telephone number of the officer.
5) Bidder shall be Local manufacturer or Authorized Representative/agent of Foreign Manufacturer.
6) The tenderer/Suppliers shall have work experience for Construction should have Exclusive Agency agreement /Authorization with Manufacturer.
7) The Foreign manufacturer can authorize only one representative.
8) Bidder should have ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 Certificate.
9) Bidder must submit all the required papers and documents to proof their eligibility as per tender documents (TDS).
10) Tenderer must have updated Industrial license, trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, TIN and VAT registration certificate.
11) Bidder must submit original receipt of submission of sample of ON-Grid Inverter, Distribution Transformer 5KVA along with BUET/RUET/MIST Test report & must submit all other item of one number simple in Rajshahi regional store before Submition of tender.
