* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The Tenderer have to have-
(A) A minimum of 05 (Five) years of general experience of supply of the Lift and related services
(B) Successful completion of Supply Installation testing & Commissioning of Lift work of minimum value Tk. 45.00 Lac in a single agreement in any Govt/semi govt/ Autonomous/Private organization within last five years (from the date of IFT).
(C) The minimum average annual construction turnover of Tk. 150.00 Lac in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment Certificates for Tenderer in Progress or Completed under Public Sector during last Five years must be submitted along with tender; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(D) The minimum amount of Liquid assets in form of working capital or credit facilities of Tk. 45.00 Lac. [Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PG3-8) only]
(E) The minimum tender capacity shall be of Tk. 45.00 Lac.
(F) Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate.
(G) Up-to dated ABC License & Supervisory License issued from Electrical licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
(H) The Tenderer bearing any Litigation history in implementation of any public work will not be participatory in the Tender.
(I) All Other conditions as mentioned in TDS and PCC of Tender documents must be fulfilled.
