প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Any/All Tenderers who have registration in e-GP system may participate in the Tender provided they satisfied the criteria as stated in the TDS.
(a)The Tenderder shall be evaluated based on the latest revision of PPA-2006 and PPR-2008.
(b) Tenderers must upload rate analysis in support of their quoted rates if the total quoted price is more than 5.00% above/less of the engineers estimate.
(c) As per consent of CPTU, the Tenderer shall be evaluated in the e-GP system with the help of online database system-TDMS/TCIS.
(d) A Tenderer not having sufficent information in the TDMS system may be evaluated as ineligible.
N.B. - for Past Performance Evaluation and rating matrix for different aspects Tenderer should submit
1) Total Number of Works Contract successfully completed within only PE's organization during last 5 years (supported by Completion Certificate)
2) Total Value of Works Contract successfully completed within only PE's organization during last 5 years (supported by Completion Certificate)
3) Total Value of On-going works and Current Commitment (s) under all PEs Organization as shown in Tender Capacity Formula (supported by Contract Agreement / Notice to Proceed)
