দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৮,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৮,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
i) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Lift works as Contractor shall be 05(five) years.
ii) The minimum specific experience as a Contractor at least 01(one) number of contract of Lift works successfully completed in 12- Storied High Rise Building or at least 01(one) number of contract Repair and Maintenance Works of Lift in 12-Storied High Rise Building of Government /Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 65.00 lakh.
iii) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 40.00 lakh in the last 5 (Five) years.
iv) The minimum amount of liquid asseti.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 35.00 lakh as specified Form PW2a-3 (CPTU STD PW2a) (Failing to submit in PW2a-3 will make the tender non-responsive).
v) The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk 70.00 lakh only.
vi) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10% (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
vii) the tenderer should follow the Pro-Rata progress of the work.
viii) Tenderers shall submit with its tender the following additional documents:
a) Updated income tax clearance certificate.
b) Valid VAT registration certificate.
c) Updated Trade license.
d) Up-to date ABC category Contractor and Supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
e) Must be Submitted the Manufacturer Authorization Letter for Supply of spare parts of the Installed Lift.
