1. Only 1st class updated enlisted contractor of BIWTA.
2.Minimum 5 years period of general experience in construction works.
3.A satisfactory completion of similar nature of 2 nos steel spud works of at least Tk 14.00 lakh under 1 (one) number of contract(s) over a period of 3 (three) years shall be required. Otherwise the tenderer technically Non-responsive.([years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
4.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 8.00 lakh over the last 3 years. [ years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.)
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be not less than Tk 14.00 lakhs. (In case of credit commitment certificate the certificate must be followed by standard formate and in case of bank solvency certificate the certified amount should remain in the respective account up to the tender validity period)
