* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৮,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৬,০০০,০০০ ~ ১৮,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Reputed tenderer who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience of supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of goods (Solar Irrigation Pump-motor) and related services.
Tenderer must have specific experience of satisfactory completion on supply of goods of similar nature of work as specific experience of value Tk 50.00 (Fifty Five) lakhs under single contract within last 5 (Five) years are eligible for this tender.
The tenderer shall have minimum supply capacity of supplying required quantity within 120 days;
The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 50.00 (Fifty) lakhs. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender;
The Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade license, income Tax clearance certificate and VAT registration certificate;
Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents.
The work of the packages may be totally dropped, decrease or increase as per field condition/ design/ budget allocation for which no claim shall be entertained.
Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.
The Tenderer who are interested to participate are requested to read the Tender Document (including Section-7 and 8) thoroughly before submitting the tender.
