* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৩,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১১,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1.The tenderer must submit valid and up to dated Trade License, Vat Registration and Income Tax Certificate.
2. Tenderer must submit Credit Line (as per PG:3 format) or Bank Statement reflecting minimum 40 (Forty) lac Taka as liquid asset
3. Tenderer should have experience on supplying of goods and related services for Water Treatment Plant of minimum amount of 35 (Thirty Five) lac Taka in a single contract in last 03 (Three) years.
4. The tenderer must submit authorization letter from OEM. Back to back authorization will acceptable.
5. The tenderer must submit valid and up to dated IRC.
6. Tenderer shall have to submit certificate that offered items must meet the design specification of the Units and are new, unused, in good condition and will fit properly without any modification.
7. Tenderer must submit Guarantee / Warranty Certificate for the equipment/commissioning and its satisfactory performance 1 (One) year from the date of successful commission
8. Tenderer shall have to submit Sufficient relevant Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) drawings with dimension and technical specifications/data sheet, test report and certificate of the offer items from OEM
9. Tenderer should submit a conformity letter that the production date of the RO elements should not more than 12 (Twelve) month from the date of IFT and submit proper document of manufacturing date of the offered items.
10.Tender shall be accompanied by a tender security in a favour of DD, RAO, Shahjibazar Power Station in the form of DD/Pay order from any Scheduled Bank of Bangladesh
11. The Tenderer must fulfil other conditions as per Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
