* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,৮৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,৮৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) Tenderer shall have: (i) Up-to-date valid Trade License; (ii) valid VAT registration; (iii) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificates, (iv) valid ABC-category Electric contractory License & enlisted as electrical contractor in any Govt./semi-govt./autonomous/Bank/Bima etc.
(b) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is TK20,00,000/= Credit facility requires to be unconditional, net of other contractual commitment and should mention the name of the tender for which it is proposed. Other form of liquid assets/working capital should clearly mention the name of the tender for which it is proposed.
(c) The minimum specific experience as contractor of similar work of BDT20.00 (Twenty) Lac at least 1(one) contract successfully completed within last 5(five) years under any Govt./semi-govt./autonomous body/ renowned organization in Bangladesh.
(d) Tenderer shall comply with all other criteria mentioned in the TDS of the tender document.
(e) Site visit declaration & got scope of work fully
(f) Authorization letter from manufacturer/local agent in BD
(g) 2-years warrantee & guaranty of the DG set
(h) 12-months defects liability declaration according to PPR Regulation
(i) Necessary layout & RCC foundation detail drawings and all control circuit diagram etc.
(j) Declaration the Source of Origin of DG set, Engine, Alternator and Load Test Report etc.
(k) All attachments must be COLOUR SCANNED from Original documents.
(l) Technical offer, Technical specification, Terms & conditions & drawings have been attached thereon.
