* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,৫০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,৫০০,০০০ ~ ৪,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The tenderer must submit valid and up to dated Trade License, Vat Registration and Income Tax Certificate.
2. Tenderer must submit Credit Line (as per PG:3 format) or Bank Statement reflecting minimum 15 (Fifteen) lac Taka as liquid asset.
3. Tenderer should have experience on supplying of goods for Water Treatment Plant of minimum amount of 15 (Fifteen) lac Taka in a single contract in last 03 (Three) years.
4. The tenderer must submit a sample of the offered item (RO Security filter) to the PE with a forwarding letter before tender opening date. The Tenderer will responsible to return their sample at their own cost. Quality of the sample will be examined by the evaluation committee. 
5. The tenderer must submit authorization letter from Original Equipment Manufacturers.Back to back authorization will acceptable.
6. The tenderer must submit valid and up to dated Import Registration Certificate (IRC).
7. Tenderer shall have to submit Certificate that, offered items must meet the design specification of the Units and are new, unused, in good condition and will fit properly without any modification.
8. Tenderer shall have to submit Sufficient relevant Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) drawings with dimension, technical specifications and Laboratory Test report of the offer items.
9. Tenderer must submit 1 (One) year Guarantee / Warranty Certificate for the offered items. 
10.Tender shall be accompanied by a tender security in a favour of DD, RAO, Shahjibazar Power Station in the form of DD/Pay order from any Scheduled Bank of Bangladesh.
11. The Tenderer must fulfil other conditions as per Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
