* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২,১৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৬,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be five (5) years.
2) The minimum specific experience in construction works of at least one (1) contract(s) of similar nature of Works successfully completed within the last five (5) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 16.00 (Sixteen) lacs only in a single work order in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
3) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 12.00 (Twelve) lac. Over the last five (05) years. Payment certificates of works contract in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 12.00 lac supported by Bank certificate which should be counted 30 (Thirty) days before from the date of opening of tender.
5) Attested copy of valid/update trade license, VAT registration certificate, income tax payment certificate for current year along with TIN certificate.
6)All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4) of tender documents must be fulfilled. In case of tie for the lowest evaluated price, the Tenderer shall be selected base on the ‘Past Performance Evaluation and rating matrix for different aspects.
