. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk. 4.50 Lac under single of contract(s) over a period of 05 years shall be required. (years will be
counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the website).
2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 7.00Lac over the last 05 years.(years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the website). Turnover will be calculated on the basis of payment certificates only.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities ofthe Tenderer shall be Tk. 7.00 lac. (years will be counted backward from the
date of publication of IFT in the website).
4.The tenderer must upload the analysis as per item basis for supporting of their concern quoted price as per ITT clause no 56.1 Also any Firm(s)/individual(s) who fulfill the other qualifications criteria Stipulated in the Tender Data Sheet(TDS) and other conditions of the tender(s) document(s).
