* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Only the Professional and authentic publishers who have minimum 10 (Ten) years of general experience to composing, printing, binding/supplying of similar goods (Farmer’s Training Manual).
2. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods (Farmer’s Training Manual) of minimum BDT 65,00,000.00 (Sixty-five lac) only under maximum single contracts in the last 03 years. i.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
3. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (Farmer’s Training Manual composing/ printing/publishing/binding/ distribution etc.) in any government/semi government/ autonomous body/international organization under a single number of contract(s) successfully completed within the last 03 years, each with a value of at least BDT. 65,00,000.00 (Sixty-five lac).
4. Minimum amount of liquid asset i. e. working capital or credit lines is BDT 65,00,000.00 (Sixty-five lac) only.
5. Bidders need to submit Bank statement or line of credit certificate from any schedule Bank from publishing to submission date of this tender.
6. Publisher himself or his authorized supplier can participate in the Tender.
7. Updated ISO certificates with current validity in favor of the Publisher/Supplier of goods of similar nature are mandatory to be submitted with the offer.
8. Terms & Conditions mentioned in the file Special terms & Conditions (uploaded in section-6) will be applied.
9. The tenderers must have all other eligibilities mentioned in the tender document (TDS).
