দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৯,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৮,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Qualifications: Describe as tender document TDS & PCC
(i) Supplier shall have a minimum five (5) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.
(ii) The satisfactory completion certificate of supply of similar Goods (Printing Paper) of minimum BDT 75,00000.00 [Seventy five lakh only] under Public University/Education Board maximum single [1] contracts in the last three [3] of years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. with NOA copy or Manual work order, otherwise Tenderer will be considered as Non–Responsive.
(iii) The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/are Tk. 75,00000.00 [Seventy five lakh only) per year in the last three [3] years.
(iv) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments isTk. 85,00000.00 (Eighty five lakh) only.
Special Instruction:
(i) Supplier should have Updated Trade license, VAT certificate with BIN, Income Tax Certificate (2022-2023) etc. otherwise Tenderer will be considered as Non-Responsive.
(ii) Supplier should confirm after sale servises and should submitted the warranty paper, otherwise Tenderer will be considered as Non-Responsive.
