As per TDS Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
1. Valid and up to date trade license.
2. Valid and up to date TIN Certificate.
3. Valid and up to date Tax clearance Certificate till 2023-2024.
4. Valid and up to date VAT Registration Copy
5. Copy of NID card.
6. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum BDT 20,00,000.00 (Twenty Lakh Taka Only) under maximum 01 (one) contract in the last 03 (Three) of years, i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
7 .The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 25,00,000/-(Twenty Five Lakh Taka Only)
