দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৮,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৮,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
01. A satisfactory completion of similar nature of works (At least 132 kV U/G Power Cable Installation) at least Tk. 50,00,000.00 (Taka Fifty Lac) only under a single contract over the last three (03) years in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous/Govt. owned companies year counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. No partial/subcontractor work experience will be considered. Such evidence shall be in end user's respective letter head paper indicating address, website and e-mail address of the user and shall include name of the project, name of the employers, description of the work, commissioning date and contract amount.
02. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than at least Tk. 90,00,000.00 (Taka Ninety Lac) only over the last three (03) years.
03. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 20,00,000.00 (Taka Twenty Lac) only which shall be supported by bank statement and the statement will not before tender publication date in the e-GP portal. Tenderer those who will submit credit facilities from the bank, they should submit Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for line of Credit (Form ePW2a-3).
04. The Tenderer must have valid Electrical Contractors License (ABC) with Electrical Supervisory License.
05. The Tenderers up to date contact information must be same in all submitted documents.
06. The Tenderers must have valid and up to date VAT, Bank Solvency certificate & three years Audit Report.
07. The Tenderer must submit Income Tax Certificate or eTIN Certificate with Return Submission Acknowledgement slip.
08. All other Terms & conditions will be available in the Tender document.
Note :01. Tenderer who will be quoted rate less then 10% or above 10% of the official cost estimate must be rejected as per PPA Amendment gadget 2016
