দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫,৮৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৭,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,৮৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ১৭,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
(a) Reputed Contractors/ Construction firms who have minimum 05 (ten) years of general experience in construction works.
(b) Having experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(one) Number of Civil Works of Tk. 42.00 (Forty-Two) Lac in a single contract in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years. In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
Prescribed form for work certificate for this purpose will be available in all offices mentioned in clause no.09.
(c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk. 4.00 (Four) crore. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk.50 (Fifty) Lac. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Letter of Commitment for Bank's Undertaking for Line of Credit as perform ePW2a-3 of Tender and Contract Forms section must be submitted for this purpose.
(e) Minimum tender capacity of the tenderer shall be Tk. 50.00 (Fifty) Lac.
