প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. This work is under Govt. Revenue Program.
2. All Work must Complete by the given Work Order time
3. Bill Payment will be made only when fund will be available but the whole work must be completed within the stipulated time.
4. Admired VAT will be upto 7.5% or more as per Govt Policy
5. Admired Income Tax will be upto 7.00% or more as per Govt Policy
6. Admired Retention Money will be 10% & Performance security will be upto 10% to 25% as per PPR 2008. Tender Security must submit by Bank Draft/Pay Order according to PPR 2008 Rule 22.
7. Other criterion as given in Eligibility of Tenderer, TDS, GCC, PCC, ITT & mentioned in this tender.
8. A satisfactory completion of similar works of Construction of Boundary Wall value worth at least Tk [10] Lakh achieved by free/open competition/tender/bid of Govt/Semi Govt/Autonomous body of BD over a period of last [05] years with at least 5 years construction related general experience shall be required. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk [10] Lakh over the last [05] years 5x10 Lakh.[For Similar Works & Turnover, years will be counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
9. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities as per ITT Clause 10.1b of TDS of the Tenderer shall be Tk [12] lakh in a day end balance of standard format. Credit facilities/Line for liquid asset(Liquid asset document must be after Tender Publishing Date) must have Approved Credit Sanction letter & up-to-date statement with composite credit facility & Free fund with funded & non funded information with validity.
10. The minimum Tender capacity shall be: TK 10 lakh
