প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 03 (Three) years. Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT.
b. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 contract(s) of Footover Bridge works successfully completed within the last 05 years, each with a value of at least Tk 1.93 (One point nine three) Crore.
c. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 3.22 (Three point Two Two) Crore over the best 03 years in the last 05 years.
d. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 1.50 (One point five zero) Crore. The issue date of bank certificate/statement must be within the tender notice date and submission date of the tender by the successful tenderer.
e. Minimum Tender Capacity : Tk. 2.55 (Two point five five) Crore.
The following conditions shall be considered:
1. As per consent of CPTU, the tenderers shall be evaluated in the e-GP system with the help of online database system TDMS of RHD.
2. If there is any conflicting information in RHD TDMS and e-GP, the information provided in the e-GP system shall prevail.
3. A tenderer not having sufficient information in the RHD TDMS system may be evaluated as ineligible. 4. Evaluation sheet generated by RHD TDMS shall be uploaded into the e-GP system by the TEC.
