প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. All the Tenderer must follow the PPR-2006 and PPR-2008 Rules & Regulation;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded as per Standard Tender Document (STD) ;
(1) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 (three) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System;
(2) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Tk. 9,50,000.00 (Nine lakh fifty thousand ) under maximum 01(one) contract in the Last 03 (three) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System;
(3) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 10,60,000.00 (Ten lakh sixty thousand ) [Form PG2-5];
(4) Up-to-date Valid Trade License as supplier;
(5) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;
(6) e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate;
(7) Certificate of Incorporation ( in case of Limited Company)
(8) Sample [200 gm Unnotamaner Mashur Dal (Mota)} must be submitted to in 03 (Three) transparent containers to the Lalmonirhat district jail as per technical specification on or before tender opening date and time.
