* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 100% of offered value.
Liquid asset must be in the form of bank statement from any scheduled bank mentioning the tender ID and name of the work.
Cable Manufacturer'e original Purchase challan must be submitted at the time of delivary.
1) Valid e-Tin Certificate, Latest Income Tax Return Certificate, Vat Certificate, Up-to-date Trade License, Up-to-date ABC electric License.
2) The tenderer must have experience of supplying Electrical Goods in last 05 (five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFTin the e-GP System.
3) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (cable) to any Govt./ Semi-Govt/ Autonomous Organization of at least 02 (two)contract successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 5.00 (five) Lac; years counting backward from the date ofpublication of IFT in the e-GP System.
4) Tenderer must submitted a written commitment that they will provide and laying Item No. 1 1C-4x25 sqmm(NYY) cable as per PE's satisfaction.
5) Tendere must submit a warrenty certificate of 06 Months.
6) The completed Price and Delivery Schedule for Goods and related services (Form e-PG3-3A and 3B) as furnished in Section 5: e-Tender Forms as statedunder ITT Clauses 23 and 24;
7) The completed Technical specification and compliance of Goods and related services (Form e-PG3-4) as furnished in Section 5: e-Tender Forms asstated under ITT clause 25.2;
