প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) To submit e-Tender renewed updated enlistment category contractor of LGED Department only who are registered in the National e-GP System portal and (http//www.eprocure.gov.bd) will be eligible.
b) Liquid Asset.
c) This is an online tender where only e-Tender will be acceptable in the National e-GP System portal and No offline/hard copy will be accepted.
d) Up to date LGED Blue Book, Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate.
e) The Fees for downloading the e-Tender documents from the National e-GP System portal have to be deposited online through any registered Bank's Branched up to the date which described in notice at e-GP System portal.
f) Further information and guidelines are available in the National e-GP System portal and from e-GP help desk (helpdesk@eprocure.gov.bd.)
g) Any alteration, modification or cancellation of e-tender, no extra claim will be entitled.
h) The tenderer who have not completed the work within the stipulated time in any valid reason, those contractors will not be considered as a responsive bidder.
i) The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason what so ever.
j) Wininer tenderer should presurve still picture from same angle of the project. Also need to submit hard at the time of bill submission.
