প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. Contractor’s Trade License of Betagi Pourashava, NID card photo copy, Blue Book photo copy, VAT certificate, TIN certificate and other’s related document (if any) must submit with Tender in e-GP system.
b. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 years; counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper .
c. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature (Road Works), complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years each with a value of at least BDT 110,000,000.00 (BDT Eleven Crore).
d. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 170,000,000.00 ( Seventeen Crore ) over the last 5 (Five) years.
e. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 38,000,000.00 ( BDT Three Crore Eighty Lakh )
