* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৬,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ১৬,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
A satisfactory completion of 11kV or Above Underground Electric Line Works amounting not less than Tk. 45,00,000.00 (Taka Fourty Five Lakh) in a single contract over a period of 5 (Five) years in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous/Govt. owned companies years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. No partial/Sub Contractor work experience will be considered. Such evidence must be in user’s letter headpad indicating address, website and email address of the user and shall include name of the Project, Contract Amount and Work Completion Date.
The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 40,00,000.00 (Taka Fourty Lakh Only) which shall be supported by bank statement (statement will not before tender publication date in the e-GP portal) or credit facility. Tenderer those who will submit credit facilities from the bank, they should submit Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for line of Credit (Form ePW2a-3).
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 75,00,000.00 (Taka Seventy Five Lakh Only) over the last three years, which shall be supported by Audit Reports.
The minimum capacity shall be: Tk 50,00,000.00 (Taka Fifty Lakh) Only.
Any other document as required by tender document.
The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject all Tenders.
