* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৪০,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১২০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৪০,০০০,০০০ ~ ১২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Only manufacturer who have industrial license, environmental clearance certificate from the Directorate of Environment (DoE).
b) Minimum 7 years of general experience in the manufacturing and supplying of similar goods and related services.
c) Tenderer shall have specific experience of satisfactory completion certificate for supply of 450mm dia HDPE/uPVC pipe line and fittings in minimum single contract amounting Tk. 3.00 crore and shall have installation experience of 450mm dia or above pipe line amounting minimum Tk. 0.70 crore in the last 7 (seven) years in any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous organization (Details describes in TDS). Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.
d) Tenderer shall submit the sample for each item [i.e. 1m HDPE pipe x 2 piece] in Rajshahi regional store before submission of tender and receipt of the depositing shall have to be attached with the Tender document.
e) Tenderer who fulfill the qualifications criteria stipulated in the TDS, PCC, other conditions of the tender documents and having updated valid trade license, VAT, TIN etc.
f) The minimum production capacity of the factory is 100 meter per day of 450mm dia HDPE Pipe.
g) BUET/RUET test and factory test report has to be submitted with the supplied goods.
h) ISO 9001:2015 Certificate in favor of the manufacturing of HDPE pipe is required.
