Tenderer must submit following additional documents:
1. Valid Trade License.
2. Up to date TIN & Income Tax acknowledgement Certificate/Slip.
3. VAT Registration Certificate.
4. OEM (MTU Diesel Engine) authorization letter/ Dealership Certificate from OEM has to be submitted.
5. A Guarranty / warranty certificate from OEM or OEM authorized dealer that the goods are new, unused and will be fitted without any modification.
6. Original catalogue of offered product with detail technical specification, dimentions etc.(including operation & maintenance procedure if possible)
7. Service person (Engineer/Technician) must be trained from MTU and should have more than 5 years experience in working with MTU Diesel Engine (MTU Training Certificate must be submitted).
8. All tools required for Related service must be managed/provided by tenderer.
