প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
All the tenderer must follow the PPA-2006 and PPR-2008 rules & regulation;
All tenderers who are enlisted in e-GP and full filled the terms and conditions as stated in the tender data sheet.
 (i) As per consent of CPTU, the Tenderer shall be evaluated in the e-GP system with the help of online database system-TDMS.
(ii) A Tenderer having insufficient information in the TDMS system may be evaluated as ineligible. Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the website
A Letter in Tenderer's letterhead pad declaring that the supplied goods are new, unused, proper size & shape and can be used without any modification.
The minimum specific experience of Similar nature of goods Tk. 30.00 lakh in a Single supply order in the last 05 (Five) years form the date of publication of IFT. (Work order & completion certificate must be submitted)
 The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e., working capital or credit line(s) (From PG2-5) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 22.00 lac;
 Up-to-date Valid Trade License as Supplier;
 Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;
 e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate;
 The Tenderer must submit: Manufacturer Authorization/ Dealership/Agency ship Certificate and Catalogue.
If any tenderer submit rate is abnormally higher or lesser than Market rate, the tenderer will be considered as non-responsive.
