দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৮,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৮,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
• Only Local Manufacturers, who have Industrial License of producing uPVC materials and have minimum 5 (Five) years general experience in the supply of same goods and related services will be eligible for this tender.
• The minimum supply value of 200 mm (or above) nominal diameter uPVC pipes and fittings under Single contract in the last 5 (Five) years is Tk. 80.00 (Eighty) lakhs. The certificates should be issued by an officer not bellow the rank of Executive grade. The certificate must contain the name of the officer, address, telephone number and email address.
• The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Tk. 70.00 (Seventy) lakhs.
• ISO 9001:2015 Certificate in favour of the manufacturer of goods is required.
• The Tenderer must have the up to date trade license, income tax and VAT registration certificate.
• The Tenderer must have all the required papers and documents to proof their eligibility as per tender documents (including Technical specifications and Special terms and conditions).
• Tenderer who supplied goods in any office of BADC and did not correct the defects in time within the defects liability period are not eligible to participate the tender.
• The tenderer can participate in all lots but One tenderer shall get maximum 02 (Two) lot in same notice (if reponsive lowest more than 02 (Two) lot under the project.
