* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
• Manufacturer/Manufacturer's Authorize Representative/Agent who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in the supply of goods and related services are eligible for this tender.
• The Tenderer must have a specific experience in similar nature of work (Supply of Electric motor driven Low Lift Pump (LLP) sets with Accessories of discharge capacity of 1-cusec) as per Tender Data Sheet.
• The Tenderer must have updated Trade license, TIN Certificate, VAT registration certificate and ISO certificate.
• The Tenderers must have all other eligibilities mentioned in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) & terms and condition of tender.
• Tenderer who supplied goods in any office of BADC and did not correct the defects in time within the defects liability period are noteligible to participate the tender.
• The Tenderer who are interested to participate are requested to read the Tender Document thoroughly before submitting the tender.
