* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
• The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (five) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.
• The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (SS Strainer) under single contract successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 60.00 (Sixty) lakhs.
• The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility of the tenderer shall be Tk. 40.00 (Fourty) lakhs. Bank certificate (credit line certificate) confirming sanction of credit facility specifically committed for this work (as per credit commitment form) or statement for liquid assets for the said amount from the concerned Bank shall be submitted with the tender. Bank statement must cover the period ending up to the publication date of the tender.
• The Tenderer must have updated Trade license, TIN Certificate, VAT registration certificate and ISO certificate.
• The Tenderers must have all other eligibilities mentioned in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) & terms and condition of tender.
• Tenderer who supplied goods in any office of BADC and did not correct the defects in time within the defects liability period are noteligible to participate the tender.
