দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ৪০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ২ কোটি টাকার চেয়ে বেশি হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৭০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৭০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Local manufacturer who have industrial license, environmental clearance certificate from
the Directorate of Environment (DoE), Five years over all production and 3 (three) years
specific experience in supplying similar goods (i,e supply of 250 mm dia uPVC pipe and
moulded fittings only) in any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous organization. (Details describes
in TDS)
b) Factory test report has to be submitted with the supplied goods.
c) Tenderer shall submit the sample for each item (i.e. 1m uPVC pipe 1 piece T-joint 1
piece ninety degree bend 1 piece End cap 1 piece) in Rajshahi regional store before submission of tender and receipt of
the depositng shall have to be attached with the Tender document.
d) Tenderer who fulfill the qualifications criteria stipulated in the TDS, PCC, other
conditions of the tender documents and having updated valid trade license, VAT, TIN etc.
***All other terms and conditions as mentioned in the tender document (Section 2 & 4)
should be fulfilled by tenderer.
