* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১১৬,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩৮,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ১১৬,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for tenders is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below:
(A) The Minimum Number of Years of General Experience of The Tenderer in Civil Works Shall be 5 years.
(B) (i) The minimum specific experience as a Contractor in successful completion of atleast 1(one) number of Building Construction works including Electrification Works of Tk2.50 Crore in a single contract in Government /Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (Five) years.
(ii) In Case of Work Done Under PWD The Certifying and Authenticating Authority Shouldbe The Concerned Executive Engineer and In Case of Works Under anyGovernment/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization other than PWD The CertifyingAuthority shall be an Officer not Below The Rank of Executive Engineer and The SameDuly Verified by The Concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of That District Under WhoseJurisdiction The Work been Done.
(C) The Tenderer Shall have a Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover During Last 5 Financial years of Tk. 6.20 Crore. Payment Certificates for Contracts in Progress orCompleted Under Public Sector Must be Submitted along with Tender in Support ofConstruction Turnover.
(D) The Tenderer must have a Minimum Liquid Assets/Cash flow capacity/Creditfacilities/Credit Line Tk. 1.20 Crore Only and Must be Certified Within 28 Days up to TheLast Date of Lodgment of The Tender and must be followed by the appropriate format(PW3-7).
(E) The Tender Must Possess:
(i) Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
(ii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate and clearance certificate
(iii) Up to date Trade License.
(iv) Up to date ABC Category Contractorship and Supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board of Bangladesh.
(v) Other Notable Terms are pointed out at TDS, PCC, ITT and GCC Which Strictly Should be Followed.
