দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৮৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৮৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ২,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. Reputed Tenderer/ Supplier who have minimum 5(five) years of general experiences of goods supply in Govt/ Semi-Govt/ Autonomous Body/ Other Organizations.
b. Minimum 1 (one) number similar nature goods supply completion experience of value not less than Tk 7.00 (Seven) lakh in a single Notification of Award ( NOA) in Govt/ Semi-Govt/ Autonomous Body/ Other Organization in last 5 (five) years ( both NOA and Completion Certificate issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer/ Equivalent Officer must be submitted. All backward date will to be counted from the date of publication of IFT in eGP portal).
c. Liquid asset/ credit facility/ free cash fund not less than 10( Ten) lakh. Bank documents in support of liquid asset must be submitted. Incase of credit line facilities, specific format ( PG2-5/ PG3-8) to be used by the bank without altering/ modifying any word/ sentence and adding any condition must be submitted. The issue date of documents should be after the publication date of IFT in eGP portal.
d.Tender Security is Tk 25,000.00 (Twenty five thousand) to be issued in favour of Chief Engineer, SUST, Sylhet.

b. Goods to be delivered to Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, Sylhet.
