* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,০০০,০০০ ~ ৩,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of General experience of the Tenderer in the Furniture Supplying as Prime Contractor  shall be Five (05) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor  at least 01 contract of  Furniture Supplying works successfully completed within the last one (05) years with a value of at least Tk. 8.00 (Eight Lac) in a single tender in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. [years counting backward from the date of publication of e-Tender]
3. The required average annual Furniture Supplying turnover shall be greater than Tk. 8.00 (Eight Lac  over the last Five (05) years should be authenticated by the concerned. D.C Taxes / NBR Authority or Payment certificate(s) issued by the concern Procuring Entity, other formats are not acceptable. [years counting backward from the date of publication of eTender]
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit lines [must be unconditional and given by the proper format (Form PW3-7)] of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 11.00 (Eleven Lac) Not before Tender publication date.
5. According to Letter No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377 dt : 30/08/2018 from Office of The Prime Minister; The contractor who has not completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.
6. The Quoted rate Must be similar/relevant. If Quoted rates are excessive above/less than the estimated cost  then the tenderer must submit detail analysis of his quoted rate. Otherwise the tenderer will be Non-responsive according to PPR-2008 Rule 98(23).
7. Satisfying other criteria laid down in the Tender Document.
