প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a)       Tenderer/Bidder must have past 05 years of overall experience in the supply of machinery and related services to any Government organization in Bangladesh.
b)      Tenderer/Bidder must have past supply experience of Smyth Semi-Automatic Machine to any Government organization in Bangladesh.
c)      Tenderer must submit their Agency certificate from the actual manufacturer of Smyth Semi-automatic Sewing Machine.
d)      Tenderer/Bidder must submit 01-year warranty certificate.
e)    The Tenderer will have to submit up to date (a) Income Tax Clearance Certificate, (b) TIN Certificate, (c) Valid Trade License, (d) Bank Solvency Certificate, (e) VAT Registration Certificate.
f)    The Tenderer will have to submit Certificate of Liquid Asset /Working Capital/Credit Facility indicating the minimum amount of BDT 2.5 Lac only within selling Tender Document and dropping date.
g)   The tenderer must supply the goods from the original machine manufacturer of Smith Semi-Automatic Sewing Machine.
